Editorial Procedures and Peer-Review
Peer Review Process
This Journal follows the double-blind peer review method to ensure the quality of the material and academic standards. Initially, the editorial manager will check the submission to see whether the submission follows the ethical standards and guidelines of the journal. Submissions that do not fit with ethics and journal standards will be rejected before peer review. If the manuscript passes these standards, all submissions will be reviewed by the journal's editor first, based on the scope and suitability of the journal. Following the double-blind peer review process, the editor journal is responsible for deciding whether the manuscript should be accepted or rejected.
After the initial process, two experts will be assigned as reviewers. Editors will acknowledge the reviewers' judgments based on their publishing eligibility. The authors will be notified of the review results and will receive all relevant comments. Please keep in mind that highly skilled and expert reviewers will review all submissions. We is accepting manuscripts through the OJS online submission system. This system enables us to make the review process simple and quick. The submissions characterized as new information, framework, discoveries, under theories, techniques, and significant findings advancements are extensively considered by the editors.
Double-Blind Peer Review
This Journal follow the double-blind peer review method, which implies that the authors' names are hidden from the reviewers and vice versa. Only the article's main body (title, abstract, introduction, literature, methodology, discussion, and conclusion) will be provided to the reviewers.
Please provide the following information separately for this purpose: title, author details (including name, affiliation, email address, phone number, ORICID, acknowledgments, and any Declaration of Interest declaration, etc.).
Reviewers' Criteria
Reviewers are carefully chosen based on the following criteria:
- A PhD or advanced professional certification is required.
- A recognized specialist in a related subject (as per the submission and journal scope)
- Publications in prestigious academic research journals
- Never previously coauthored work with the author nor connected with the author's institution.
- A thorough grasp of methodology, data analysis, and execution of outcomes is required.
Timeliness and Publication Volume
The peer review timeliness and publication volume can be essentially defined as follows:

Editor's Decision
Based on the feedback from the Reviewers, the Editors will make one of the following decisions:
Accept: Without any additional adjustments; the text can move on to the next step of the editing process.
Minor Revisions: The paper has promise for publication, but it requires certain modifications before it can be considered for publishing.
Major Revisions: The manuscript's acceptance would depend on the revisions. If some of the reviewer's comments cannot be revised, the author must provide a point-by-point response or a rebuttal. Typically, only one round of major revisions is permitted. The authors will be asked to resubmit the revised paper within a reasonable time frame, and the revised version will be returned to the reviewer for additional feedback. (Round 3)
Resubmit for Review: The manuscript has publication potential, but it requires significant modifications before it can be considered for publication and resubmitted to the concerned reviewer. In this case, authors can reply to the comments from the reviewer.
Reject and Encourage Resubmission: If additional experiments are required to support the conclusions, the manuscript will be rejected, and the authors will be encouraged to resubmit the paper once the additional experiments are completed.
Reject: The manuscript is not appropriate for publishing in this journal.
Copy Editing Process and Publication:
After accepting and receiving the Open Access and Article Processing Charges, the manuscript will be subjected to professional copy-editing, English editing, author proofreading, final corrections, pagination, and publication on the journal's website.
Round 4 (Details process)
1. After the payment confirmation, the submission will be assigned to the copy editor/layout editor.
2. During the copy-editing process, the copy editor may request additional information about the accepted paper, copyright, author, etc. The authors are responsible for providing the required material within the time frame specified.
3. English editing: If the copy editor finds a linguistic error, the author may be asked to provide the linguistic correction from any native speaker or expert.
4. The galley proof will be distributed to the authors within the time frame specified. Authors can request more time by emailing the editorial office and explaining why.
5. Following copyediting, the submission will be sent to the production
Production and publication:
1. The file development, DOI, volume and issue assignment, and publication schedule.
2. During the production process, If authors are requested to make changes, they must pay additional editing fees.
3. Assignment to the issue of the publication.
4. Notify the authors about their successful publication.
Author's Appeal: We give rights to the authors who can appeal the rejection of papers by sending an email to the journal's editorial office. The appeal must include a thorough explanation, including point-by-point responses to the reviewers' and/or editor's comments, after the advisory recommendation on the manuscript by the editor-in-chief, which may recommend acceptance, additional peer-review, or upholding the original rejection decision. At this point, a rejection decision is final and cannot be reversed.
In the case of a special issue, the journal's editor will forward the manuscript and related information to the Editor-in-Chief and guest editor, who will be asked to provide their recommendation on the manuscript and may recommend acceptance, additional peer-review, or uphold the original rejection decision. At this point, a rejection decision is final and cannot be reversed.
Publication: Following the final decision, the authors will receive the final galley proof file, and after the galley proof, the manuscript will be published on the Journal website.
