Call for Papers: Strategic Artificial Intelligence Journal (SAIJ) Overview

Strategic Artificial Intelligence Journal (SAIJ) is an international, peer-reviewed journal that advances research on the strategic and technological frontiers of artificial intelligence. It publishes studies on machine learning, natural language processing, big data analytics, cloud and edge computing, robotics, and intelligent systems, with an emphasis on how these technologies drive digital transformation and shape competitive advantage, governance, and policy. By bridging information technology, computer science, management, and social sciences, the journal provides a global platform for exploring both the technical innovations of AI and their wider strategic, ethical, and societal implications.

Themes

We welcome submissions that address, but are not limited to, the following themes:

  • AI and Global Policy: Trends, governance, and frameworks.
  • Defense and Security: AI’s role in national security, cybersecurity, and future warfare.
  • Strategic Integration of AI: Planning, workforce transformation, and organizational impact.
  • Ethical AI: Societal impacts, privacy, bias, fairness, and governance.
  • AI in Development: Contributions to economic growth, healthcare, education, and poverty reduction in emerging markets.
  • Innovation in AI: Future technologies, quantum computing, and autonomous systems.
  • AI for Sustainability: Climate change, renewable energy, and sustainable development.
  • Healthcare Applications: Diagnostics, patient care, drug discovery, and epidemiology.
  • Industry Reports: AI’s strategic implications across finance, manufacturing, retail, and more.
Submission Guidelines
  • Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished work.
  • Format: Manuscripts should follow the format, including the abstract, keywords, introduction, literature review, methodology, results and analysis, discussion, conclusions, implementations, future research, and references.
  • Length: Papers should not exceed 9000 words, including references and appendices.
  • Language: All submissions must be in English.
  • Submission Process: Manuscripts should be submitted through the online system.
Peer Review Process

Each submission will undergo a double-blind peer review by experts in the field, evaluating the manuscript’s originality, technical quality, and contribution to the field of strategic AI.
